These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88fp governing your access to and use of the 88fp online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, and related services. 4.1 Each eligible User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 88fp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88fp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate, current, and complete. Any material change to your personal information (including mobile number, residential address, or banking details) must be updated promptly via your Account settings or by contacting 88fp support.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. 5.5 88fp reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is delayed, 88fp will notify the User and state the reason for the delay to the extent permitted by law.
Note: Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. 88fp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not belong to the registered User, the deposit may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 88fp may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and other incentive schemes to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
6.2 All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over before any derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
6.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages will be specified in the applicable promotional terms. Live casino games, table games, and video poker may contribute at a lower rate than slot games.

6.6 Each promotional offer is limited to one per Account, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

12.1 88fp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

16.2 Subject to the dispute resolution procedure in clause 13, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any such proceedings.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
